“Originally from the Detroit area, Janet Vargas moved to Florida in 1994.  She never wanted to return to the cold weather and loved the wildlife down here.  For as long as she can remember, she has loved animals; and loved to photograph them as well.

She started pet sitting in the late 80′s part time in addition to her full time portrait photography job.   Pet sitting here and there, Janet decided it was time to begin her long time dream to start her own Pet Sitting Business full time, which began in 2010.   Janet has several pets of her own which include birds and iguanas.

Janet has an occupational license from Polk County and is a member of and certified through Pet Sitters International, after having completed quite an extensive course.  She is also Bonded, Insured and Certified in Pet First Aid by the Red Cross.
